Holy sheeezzz balls… 38 you were epic and also a sack of smelly shit alll rolled into one. 💩 The highest of highs this year and also the absolute lowest and most rockbottom couple of months to finish 38.🥹
So… I spent the weekend on a retreat, healing deeply, going to the depths, nourishing my heart, connecting with beautiful brothers and sisters and finished the day being loved on by hubby. 🥰
New Mantra for 39 - Life gets better and better because I decide it does. Not because it’s all rainbows and unicorns but because those low moments crack you open to experience life more fully ✨
So grateful for another lap around the sun and another opportunity to keep living life to the fullest as my best self. ✌️
