I shared on my stories yesterday that I sat and cried for about 40minutes during my self-healing.⁣⁣ The healing journey is working through that, allowing the tears to fall and ultimately facing myself, my fears, doubts and emotions. ⁣⁣

This is 11 years of work. This is knowing that CRYING is human and feeling is HUMAN. ⁣⁣

This is healing.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
This is the healing path you chose to get you to where you want to be. ⁣⁣

Remember this on your next scroll... when you feel shitty because someone looks happy and you don't feel it. Or someone looks to have all their shit together (errrrr they often don't). ⁣⁣

Don't compare your ICEBERG to someone else's tip.⁣⁣

Take 1 step a day.⁣⁣

Even when it's hard and you'd rather keep busy, avoid, distract, please know it's ok to cry. To be mad. To be pissed off. Remember you have to feel it to heal it.⁣⁣
