I experienced a lot of childhood and adult trauma that I've worked on healing and still am. If you're here - I am not perfect, I am not healed. I am walking this path right alongside you.
So what's the journey and I left home at 16, lived in a caravan for 2 years and worked 3 jobs to survive. I decided shit needed to change in 2010 when I hit my absolute rock-bottom moment. Toxic Relationships, bad habits, anxiety through the roof. I felt so broken, lost, helpless and alone.
I wanted out of my soul-sucking job, I wanted a soul-mate, I wanted confidence, freedom, peace and I wanted to heal from my past and I didn't want to sacrifice ANYTHING for it.
I'm a Queen Shit Shifter who will support you to UNLOCK your quantum timeline and stop sacrificing the things that mean the most to you to get there.
I use a variety of mentoring, coaching practices, somatic work, intuitive guidance, light language, psychic channelling, mindset work and quantum shifting for a whole-body, mind, soul healing approach.

I love breaking norms of what society says I 'should' be doing and making freedom, joy, happiness and true fulfilment my compass. I believe the life you want is yours for the taking and your dreams and desires don’t need you to sacrifice yourself or anything else for them.Â
Back in 2010 - Outside looking in, my life looked great. Awesome six-figure job, world travel. But it was a very different story inside. I was anxious, stressed, no confidence, really unfulfilled at work and in life and my relationships were in the not so pretty toxic realm. I'd also been struggling alone and in silence with bulimia for 13 years. I didn’t think I was good enough, worthy or deserving of great things. Then I hit rock bottom, curled up on the bathroom floor. I had a huge dark night of the 'ego' and I didn’t want to be here anymore. I decided in that moment to ask three words, three words that changed my life "I need help". I embarked on a huge healing journey, receive the help I needed and I tirelessly worked on me! I spent almost 4 years in therapy, healing from CTPSD I did every healing modality, read every book. It changed my entire life. I’ve spent the last 15 years healing, growing and transforming, without losing myself, people pleasing, sacrificing myself for my soul-mission. I have the health, work, relationships, freedom, vitality, energy and life I once thought I didn't deserve.
