I realised when I hit rock bottom, I gave little to no thought about what I needed and really wanted. Self-care simply meant taking a bath once in a while or getting myself to the gym! I hated my body, beat it up, criticised it and wanted to change it. I restricted it, punished it and was at war with myself. 

I hated wearing a bikini, I had little to no confidence, would change outfits 20 times before going out and still feel like shit. My anxiety was through the roof. 

My work focuses on the internal work, of learning to show up for yourself daily, bring love to yourself, and take care of yourself. To be the best version of you possible. 

Turn down that negative voice inside your head because the bullshit lies and stories she is telling you are outdated.
