Fighting your battle

I see you 💓⁣

After fighting this battle myself for so many years, in silence and feeling like I was so alone. ⁣

Please know, if this is you - you matter! More than you'll ever know. You are enough. You are actually more than enough. You can and will make it through this. ⁣

That battle you're fighting right now, the argument you're having with yourself, the heaviness, the racing thoughts; you aren't alone.⁣

This little breathing exercise still helps me on tough days. I hope it gives you a little slice of that too 😤⁣

Press pause for a second. Stand/sit still. Feel yourself sat exactly where you are, feel the clothes touching your skin, take a moment to be. Take a big deep inhale - in through your nose for 4 counts, hold for 4 out for 6 counts. Press Pause, Feel your feet on the ground again. Big Deep Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4 out for 6. Repeat that 3-4 times. ⁣

Repeat as many times as you need throughout the day.⁣
