Create Boundaries in your energy field and life.
It’s not mean or selfish, it’s necessary. Obviously don’t literally tell people to go fuck themselves (in your head maybe) communicate with love, re-communicate if necessary. It’s ok to have this.
Life is all about polarity, dark and light can exist together.
