If you are energetically available for it to come to you, that sage isn't going to do shit no matter how ethically sourced it is. 🤪
If you really want to stop negativity - Stop engaging with a bitchy conversation at work, stop answering the phone when you KNOW that friend is going to bring pure drama, victimhood, jealousy and bitchiness. Have energetic boundaries, stay grounded, quit people-pleasing, stop following all the negative fear-mongering going on in the world that is affecting your energy.
If someone is negative and has a problem - that's theirs. It is not your job nor your responsibility to 'take it' energetically from them
STOP IT.
