The number 1 problem

This is the number 1 reason clients tell me they struggle with loving themselves and their bodies.⁣

They are worried what people think🤷‍♀️⁣

At the gym, on the beach, at work, at social events, at their parents' house, at their in-laws house, online, on FB, in the bedroom, on Instagram, at their friends' houses (YES - Friends and Family is a big one)⁣

If you are struggling to love your body, please lovely know –⁣

💓It matters what YOU think about you! Not other people. You can change your own thoughts. Then you will literally not worry or care what other people think.⁣

💓What other people think of you is NONE of your business, it is a reflection of them NOT you. You do not need to absorb take on OR accept someone else's opinions or beliefs. They can keep them.

💓If you are struggling to LOVE your body, RESPECT it first. Learn to respect all the amazing things your body does for you. ⁣
